Great Service from Loch Fyne

I work round the corner from Loch Fyne's Elton restaurant and on Friday I stopped in and bought some produce from their fish(and other foodie bits) counter. On Saturday I discovered that there was a problem with my purchase. I don't want to dwell on what the problem was as in this instance I feel that would be unfair to Loch Fyne who when we spoke to them on Saturday about the problem reacted magnificently.

The manager was appalled at what had happened and personally drove over to our house – a good 45 minute round trip and replaced the faulty product with several packs of charcuterie. We were extremely impressed with this response and while the whole event should not have happened you have to accept that mistakes do occur and it is how you react to them that counts. On this instance Loch Fyne's customer service can't be faulted
